Train with intent knowing each exercise has a reason behind it.

Moving you through the phases of beginner to advanced. Training isn't linear, but with the right plan it can be much more foolproof.

I'm by no means an everything coach. I'm not a Hyrox / running coach and I don't prescribe meal plans. I focus on what I'm passionate about and what I enjoy studying. However the fitness space is a close-knit one — if I don't think I can help, I'll happily refer someone I think can.

Absolutely. Helping people start out and break down barriers in the gym is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
It's not a generic 12-week challenge and there are no set training days. During our consult I'll build a program that works in with your current schedule. It looks different for everyone, and time-efficiency tools can be used if you're time poor.
The training meets you where you're at. Most people come to me carrying injuries or niggles. There are often multiple ways to train around them. At times I will refer on to a physiotherapist if I believe it's outside my scope — however, managing pre-existing injuries is part of my daily life.
